We ship worldwide to over 130** countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us, we will be happy to clarify for you whether a delivery to the country of your choice is possible under different conditions or as special transport. Any additional shipping costs for countries not listed may be charged additionally.
Shipping costs when redeeming a physical are included in the price of the NFT.
We accept only the address sent by the NFT owner for delivery.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We ship exclusively by registered mail and insured.
Tax and customs charges are always in the responsibility of the buyer and are in addition to the purchase price of an MPNA, NFT or physical.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

We ship goods exclusively from Switzerland to the customer's country of destination. Due to the fact that Switzerland is not an EU country, customs duties and taxes may be incurred which are not included in the purchase prices shown on this platform. If the place of delivery of the goods is not within Switzerland, you must pay the customs duties and taxes that your customs authority deems appropriate. The following applies in particular:

Customs duties and taxes are never included in the purchase price listed on this platform.
Customs duties and taxes are levied on goods that are transported across Swiss borders.
If the place of delivery of the goods is not within Switzerland, you must pay the customs duties and taxes that your customs authority deems appropriate.
Ordered goods may not be delivered to you until you have paid the customs duties and taxes to the customs authorities.
It is up to the buyer to clarify whether the ordered product may be imported into his country of destination. If, due to import restrictions, goods ordered cannot be delivered to the specified country of delivery for the first delivery, expenses for additional delivery attempts will be invoiced separately after consultation with the purchaser or the product can be collected by the purchaser in Switzerland at Bahnhofstrasse 10 in Zürich by appointment.
Customs charges are always in the responsibility of the buyer and are in addition to the purchase price of an MPNA or NFT.

DELIVERY TIME

Unless otherwise stated, we ship goods via a cash and valuable transport courier.
After receipt of the order confirmation and bank transfer you will receive the shipment only within 7 working Days for stocked goods, for all products or unfrozen NFT's, specially made for you at the time of order you will find the delivery time at the product itself.

TRACKING

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code if you have provided an email address. You can use this tracking code to track your shipment.

ACCEPTANCE

We ship exclusively by registered mail.
Please make sure that you are on site on the day of delivery of your order.
Goods shall only be handed over to the customer by name.
You must identify yourself when you hand over in the country.
You must confirm the arrival of the ordered goods with your signature.
